I would like to share with you a few prereads for our time together in London.
We will be starting the week in dialogue with Dominque Moisi. Time permitting, you may enjoy reading one of his recent articles as found here.
Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, Jason Hunter will explore with you the tools and frameworks to, "See what everybody else has seen, and to think what nobody else has thought". In preparation he has written a brief document to set-up the “Non-Customer Insight Framework”.
Your coaching team asks you to read pages 6-10 of the Leadership Circle Profile Interpretation Manual in advance of Tuesday's session. (You will receive a hard-copy of the manual on-site.) We will provide a general overview and group profile as example to understanding your data in class. Your graph and full report will be provided on Tuesday afternoon and a debrief thereof will serve as the primary focus of your coaching session in London. Your 1-to-1 coaching session will be held at one of the following times: Tuesday afternoon/evening, Wednesday morning, or Thursday evening. Should you have any restrictions on scheduling your coaching session during the week, please advise your asap.
Related to the LCP, please read Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey’s HBR article The Real Reason Why People Don’t Change. The article addresses one’s ‘Immunity to Change’ in terms of competing commitments and hidden assumptions that run counter to our internal change initiatives. Anil will speak further to this during his Wednesday morning session.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards, Pam
